5 Tips For Studying For Exams

What's up guy's. I know finals are coming up (or are already here) and It is a pretty stressful time tbh. But here is a list of things that can help you study more efficiently and also calm your nerves. Lets go!

1) Don't Cram The Night Before! If you are going to take an exam with a TON of information, it's not good to just study the night before. What you should do is study 1 hour a night for a couple nights. That way you give yourself time to digest the information.

2) Take A Break Every Now and Then! That doesn't mean study for 5 minutes and give up. You should study for an hour or 2, then take a break. It is best to either read a book, write or do something active. By doing something active, you keep your brain going. Where as if you just watch videos or play a game, you stop your brain from doing anything. And then when you start studying again, your brain isn't ready to go back to studying.

3) Have a Study Group! Study groups are great for studying with some interacting. This allows you to ask questions, clarify information and it'll help you remember the information. Say something funny happens, and then you go over a formula. During the test you can remember that funny moment, and then the formula can come back to you if you forgot it.

4) Take Good Notes! This is something that comes before exam week, but it is still VERY important. If your notes are bad (or if you didn't take any at all), that's clearly not going to help you when you need to study. Instead, take notes that have good information. And it doesn't hurt to make the notes aesthetic so you want to see the notes.

5) Don't Stress! Some people just aren't good at test taking. It doesn't mean you're stupid in any way. Take a deep breath and think.

Well, those were my 5 tips for helping you study for your exams. I hope they helped! As always, feedback is always helpful. So leave what you thought down in the comments. Did these help you get through your exam? Also leave your study habits down in the comments. Thanks for reading. PEACE!
