5 Tips For Studying For Exams

What's up guy's. I know finals are coming up (or are already here) and It is a pretty stressful time tbh. But here is a list of things that can help you study more efficiently and also calm your nerves. Lets go! 1) Don't Cram The Night Before! If you are going to take an exam with a TON of information, it's not good to just study the night before. What you should do is study 1 hour a night for a couple nights. That way you give yourself time to digest the information. 2) Take A Break Every Now and Then! That doesn't mean study for 5 minutes and give up. You should study for an hour or 2, then take a break. It is best to either read a book, write or do something active. By doing something active, you keep your brain going. Where as if you just watch videos or play a game, you stop your brain from doing anything.
